The staff were friendly and knowledgable and efficient.

As soon as we walked into our local branch we were greeted friendly and made to feel relaxed. The store was explained to us and we were given a moment, then Chris came and helped us found our perfect mattress. We even left the branch to discuss and came back to the same greeting. Every step of the process was explained, relaxed, no pressure and actually really fun. A huge part of this was the staff member who served us, Chris.

All staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and helped us to buy exactly what we needed for a fantastic price!

Overall experience was very good .. Received this survey prior to receiving the products so unable to comment on the bed/mattress .. Only negative comment was that there were only two members of staff during a busy time and I had to wait to be served.. the member of staff that served me was apologetic and served me as quickly as he could, he was very polite, jolly and helpful..

The sales advisor Matthew could not have been more friendly and helpful, he assisted us by using the sleep match and then going through ever option with us and explaining the differences between the matches. He offered us a warm drink while we were making our decision and left us alone to make our choice. We felt relaxed and actually enjoyed the experience of choosing our new bed. All member of the sales team were lovely and could not do enough to help.

We were assisted by Chris who was great, very helpful and knowledgeable about the various products, we will be returning to buy a mattress. Overall 10/10 visit.
