The member of staff in the store was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me advice and was not "pushy" and dealt with my order quickly and efficiently. I was also offered refreshment which was greatly appreciated. A very pleasant experience all round.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgable assistant Nichola, used your automatic selection system, which showed our current mattress is totally too hard. This helped us very much in selecting a new mattress, tailored to ourselves. Very impressive.

Nichola was very understanding of our requirements and offered us a wide range of products to assess. She explained everything and it was easy for us to make a decision. She then explained everything carefully as we went through the order and when taking payment. Left the store happy and looking forward to our new mattress being delivered
