We were approached by a very friendlt server Matthew. He explained very clearly the colour codes of the firmness of the mattresses. We then used the bes simulatie to find the perfect mattress for us. Matthew allowed us to try out a number of beds and gave us time by ourselves to discuss them . He was very professional not pushy at all. Gave us some helpful tips for finding the right and mattress and helped us purchase some new pillows and gave us lots of advice. It was a very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you.

I was dreading this day. Finding a bed for my 86 year old mum. She suffers from arthritis and is very hard of hearing. Well, many thanks to Mathew. Excellent customer service, as he totally understood the situation from the start, and talked my mum through everything from start to finish. Great personal skills and empathy. Many thanks for making this a great experience and a very happy conclusion.
