the knowledge of the products in the store was very impressive, Nikki was really friendly and helpful, knowing when to be there and giving us time after to discuss what/which bed was what we wanted. I will recommend your store to friends and colleagues. Also my husband enjoyed the personal touch with the offer of a hot drink.

Very good service without the heavy sell you get in most stores staff showed us different options and not at all pushy some stores only want to sell high end at dreams we told them our budget and they helped us get the most for our money also got a free cup of tea will definitely be going back

We went with the intention of a purchase and the staff made the process very easy for us and we came out of the store quicker than we expected which for the time of year for us was good as we had many other jobs to attend to.

We loved not being hassled and the lady know that .

Nikki acknowledged our entry to the showroom but gave us chance to initially wander and consider the stock ourselves. When we eventually approached her Nikki was friendly and helpful right from the start as was a male colleague upstairs who was fitting a bed together. Nikki understood our budget for a spare room bed. She explained the difference between mattress types and the spring structure but she wasn’t pushy or over persistent. Her male colleague who carried the readily available mattress to our car was similarly happy and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and they do deserve great credit for that.As my husband said, “ They made you feel you wanted to buy from there” and Dreams was the first place we had started our search for a spare bed.

Overall experience exceeded expectation. Store was a pleasure to visit and staff made our visit memorable.

Second bed bought from this store served by Matt on both occasions. Great knowledge. Great service. Honest and open with advice on pricing and quality. Very friendly. Not too pushy. Overall really satisfied with his service.
