Really helpful, completely fuss free right down to the delivery drivers. Last year I had the worst ever experience with bensons for beds, so I was dreading the whole process. It was nothing like the experience I had with bensons and I need not have worried at all. I got the bed I ordered , all complete, on the right day with experienced polite delivery drivers.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Tarsha, she asked if she could help. I said I was looking for a new mattress. She asked what kind of mattress was I looking for eg medium or firm. She then showed me the mattresses that fitted my needs. She offered me a cup of tea and biscuits. Overall quick, friendly visit.

Kristen was extremely helpful and very friendly and approachable and answered all our questions.

I took my 2 daughters into the Dreams shop in York. I visited about 7 times over the last month while looking for things for our new house. Both Matt and Paul were outstanding. They made us feel welcome and took the time out to also make my daughters welcome. To the point, they now ask to go to Dreams most weekends! My daughter has just said, can we rate them 100,000,000 stars! Neither Matt or Paul rushed the sale, and both provided excellent advise. Probably the best Sales guys I have felt with in any industry. Would recommend Dreams in York to anyone!

we were well looked after . Was offered a drink whilst looking around. we tried the sleep machine !! which determined which beds were best for us , it was correct . Paul was really helpful . I would recommend dreams to anybody .

The sales lady was very friendly, offered good help and advice and was able to answer all questions through to the completion of the order.
