Matt was super helpful on our visit. And when I called the next day over the phone I asked for Matt, who returned my call and we managed to close on a deal for £2k worth of items.

First class service from knowledgeable staff

The young man who served us in the first instance was very good at listening to our precise requirements and when we encountered a slight snag inasmuch as there was no delivery available on our preferred day he brought us tea and patiently waited while my daughter messaged her workplace to see if she could swap round a day off.

Only took 20 mins from waking in and out of the store....very easy to choose and place our order.

Our sales person Chris was extremely attentive. We tried the special bed to work out what firmness we needed and it was brilliant and set off the whole experience on a positive note. We had only planned to go in to get an initial idea as it was our first time buying a new mattress, but we went home and placed an order the same day. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable team.

Our sales rep Nikki was very helpful and not at all pushy.
