We visited a couple of months ago. Staff were very helpful. Used the diagnostic bed and were shown a few options. Had to measure up, so we went back to the store. Staff recognised us and even remembered our names. We'd looked online and decided what we wanted. Were shown these items in store and placed an order

The staff we're extremely helpful. The system that detects the best bed for us was great.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and was completely on top of her game

Nikki was lovely, advised us where to find the products we were after and what mattress offers we available for our choice of bed. Checked up on us and asked if we wanted a drink. The whole process of ordering was smooth and quick.

We were met by Matt who advised & assisted us as we were unsure which mattress would be best. He was friendly & informative but gave us space too

We were asked when we walked through the door if we would like some help. We were asked what we needed and as we were unsure we were asked if we would like to lay on a machine that would determine what mattress we required. We were offered a cup of tea and biscuits!! When the machine had worked its magic we were then taken to try as many mattresses as we wanted while being told by Chris how every mattress was made up and if they were memory foam just springs etc. We made our choice and then were taken to the desk to order. All in all it was a floorless process and we would definitely shop at dreams again

Good range of products, great assistance by Matt who explain products well in a friendly but not pushy manner.
