Tarsha was very knowledgeable about the products I was looking at after doing the sleep match yesterday. She asked about my needs and helped me to decide as I was worried about costs with the info she presented to me. She also assisted me to choose a mattress topper for my Sons bed which I had not actually actively gone into buy. She didn't do the typical sales pitch which I hate but she informed me logically of the differences without being overbearing and condescending. She completed my order efficiently and quickly after passing on the info I needed. I would like to thank Tarsha for her assistance today, she is an asset to your team and a great sales person. Not only did she did her job but she was a lovely person too!

We were helped with our purchase by Matt who was very friendly and extremely helpful in advising us on what would be the most suitable bed to meet our needs. The overall experience was really good and i would't hesitate to recomend this store.

On entering the store we were greeted by Kirsten, who asked what we needed and offered the test bed machine to us. We accepted then she showed us a selection of beds that would suit our needs. we tried the ones she suggested we chose one that seemed to suit our needs. Then ordered it and paid booked the delivery date that suited us. The whole experience was first class, plus easy parking. Even the guys that delivered the bed were very nice and friendly and wore protectors on their shoes as it was raining.

Matt was helping us at the York store and he was fabulous! So friendly and knowledgeable! It was a great experience buying from him. We cannot wait for our new mattress to arrive!

We were given good advice on the products we were interested in. Lots of questions were answered and in detail.

We had previously visited the store to use the computer analysis for our mattress requirements. On returning to the store we were recognised and welcomed by Matt who attended to our requirements on Sunday. He was very personable and informative, obviously knew the products very well and was able to complete the whole purchase without any problems. The store was very clean and bright with lots of stock on display. We were offered coffee too which was a nice touch.

Very knowledgable sales person who listened to our requirements and did not attempt to get us to look at more expensive items. Very friendly person taking our order. Offer of tea or coffee. We did not feel rushed despite other customers waiting.
