Visited on 3 occasions before purchasing. Interacted with Chris twice and nikki once. Both were very friendly, knowledgable and approachable. Chris remembered us from last time which was sweet. Completed the order with Chris which took sometime but Chris was very good at making it an enjoyable experience.

Nikkie was so friendly and helpful and polite. She explained every step.

Nicola at the Clifton moor York Store was very friendly and professional. She helped me choose the perfect bunk beds for my boys and gave me great advice on mattresses to go with it. She was very pleasant and didn’t make me feel like I needed to rush when looking. Will definitely recommend and come again when I need another bed.

Tarsha from the Clifton Moore store was very professional and helped watch our 2 year old while we were on the mattress measuring / scanning machine. She also pointed us to a duvan which had hidden clasps (silent night) as we weren’t happy with a visible clasp that joins the 2 sections together. Left us alone to talk money and make our decisions and provided tea and biscuits which our 2 year old enjoyed and helped her calm down as it is sometimes stressful keeping her occupied 10 out of 10

Matthew, the very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff made the whole process of choosing the product we bought a positive occasion. There was no pressure selling, after showing us the mattress`s that would suit us after using the sleepmatch he left us to try them out. we were there for about two hours making our selection with matt supplying coffee and advice when we needed it.

Great service

Tarsha - the sales person - greeted us as we came into the store and she gave us time to look around and then came over to talk to us. She had us lay on the bed body mapping machine to see what type of mattress we needed and then we chose the bed base and headboard. All straight forward and dealt with very professionally and in a friendly manner. Ordered at the desk with a cup of coffee and biscuits, lovely.
