Having explained what we were looking for and why, the assistant quickly showed us the available options and discussed the pros and cons. No pressure was applied, very much take your time to ensure the choice would be right. Very friendly and competent employee.

Great service, good knowledge of products from the assistant. Nice to be able to try the different products. We used the scanning machine and ended up going for something that we may not normally have considered.
