Found exactly what we needed straight away, staff were great

We visited the shop in York at Clifton Moor. The staff were excellent and provided very clear and specific information after asking what we were looking for. We felt very welcomed with no pressure. We saw a bed we liked but did have another shop to visit. The other shop did have a very similar bed we liked but a little cheaper as was on offer. However felt the bed at Dreams was just that but better quality. We returned and continued to be impressed with the welcoming, helpful and informative service. We bought the bed and it was delivered just 4 days later - amazing. The delivery service was also excellent and the delivery men a credit. Assembly was clear so managed to build it up quite easily. There was a very small tear in the underside of the base - we bought an ottoman - but we just glued it down as although unfortunate, didn’t compromise anything and you can’t tell. Overall very happy.

Matt was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products that were in the store. I cannot praise him enough

Kirsten ( who advised me) had all the knowledge I required to eventually make the right choice,and the overall atmosphere of the store made it very easy to not feel pressured into a decision, after all how often do you change your bed

The sales representative was very polite and knowledgeable, and was eager to ensure our shopping experience was enjoyable and painless

We were treated extremely well by the sales assistant “Chris” who was very professional. He was that good that we ended up purchasing more than originally planned.

Very pleased with the way that Matt explained the products and prices and gave us a trial on the mattress selection machine to find the right tension and make up Very good all round experience

Kirsten was very helpful when we first arrived, but not pushy. She got us the correct pillows for us to try the beds as we would have them at home. She could tell we needed time but kept checking back at appropriate intervals and answered questions with knowledge

Kirsten, the lady who served us was very friendly and helpful, she talked us through each bed we tried, she was very patient, we were very pleased with our experience at Dreams would certainly come again.
