Very good customer service Great value for money

Staff very friendly and helpful, great advice on what we needed. Went in to buy a 2nd bed as happy with the first one (2 kids) dealt with the same person who remembered us.

Chis our sales assistant was incredibly helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly, patient - while we tried every mattress in the shop, and were distracted by our toddler who was exploring the shop! He was clear in the manner in which explained every element of the product, as well as the pricing sturture and finance agreement. A pleasure to deal with, and without his help we would have probably not placed an order today. Thank you Chris!

We entered the store, wet from the rain and with two young children (which always advertises chaos). After a few minutes of looking around, Nikki approached us. She was polite, respectful and very interested in what we had to say. She listened to what we needed, chatted with the kids and advised us on the best products. We wandered around for a while longer - even popping out to another store. When we came back, we only wanted to deal with Nikki as she had been so polite and interested. She was efficient with the order and explained everything to us so we were well informed.

I was dreading going mattress shopping and saw it as a chore and a stress with knowing or not knowing what to choose! The assistant Matt soon sorted that for me, put me on the bed machine, made a brew and made it so simple to choose. He wasn’t pushy, really friendly and more than happy to help!

The quality of purchase was good. The staff were very knowledgeable and could find right mattress to match my needs.

We were greeted straight away and the assistant asked us questions with regards to what we were wanting from a new mattress. After using the assessment machine and being shown all the mattresses we were happy that we had found the ideal one. It was a nice experience and were looked after really well.

I’m a fairly thorough person who works in sales so I did a fair amount of research online and on competitor sites so wasn’t expecting to walk out with a purchase knowing that I could pick up a king size mattress on amazon or other sites for £100-£300. That said, having done the body scanner test which to be honest could have been based on nothing more than a smoke screen as I have no idea ‘why’ I need a medium firm mattress but hey, that’s what they said, and that’s what I found most comfortable also pre test so it made sense to me. To spare you more ramblings. The lady who served us after becoming free after 2 mins was lovely and listened and didn’t push but tried to listen to our reasoning and multiple lie down tests. We decided that we could roll the dice on a £200 online purchase with whatever spec. Or we could pay out £1000 on one we know we both love and set up on a payment plan. So far, not received it yet but still feel pretty good about the situation. Thanks again

THE LADY WHO SERVED ME - KIRSTEN WAS GREAT - SHE WASN'T PUSHY, KNEW THE PRODUCT WHICH WE WANTED AND COMPLETED THE PAPERWORK EFFICIENTLY AND QUICKLY - WHICH WAS VERY IMPORTANT AS MY WIFE WAS SAT IN THE CAR (HAVING AGREED THE PURCHASE) WITH FOUR CHILDREN WANTING TO GO SWIMMING ASAP! WELL DONE KIRSTEN!
