The staff were very pleasant and helpful without being pushy. The products were all on display to make your choice and placing the order was very quick and easy.

Chris, the salesman, couldn't have been nicer. He was very helpful without being pushy and nothing was too much trouble for him. He suggested using the mattress assessor equipment to confirm the mattress I thought I would need would be a good one for me. He was only too happy to show me different beds but also gave me plenty of time on my own to consider my options and try out the beds and mattresses. What a happy, smiling and lovely lad.

Matt at Clifton Moor Dreams branch proved to be. Dry knowledgeable, very patient and keen to help us in any way possible. We were shown many mattresses that could possibly meet our requirements and even did the machine assessment.

As soon as I entered, a member of staff came straight over and help set me up on the bed tester machine, and then showed m to all the mattresses that matched in my results. Really took the time to describe all the differences to me. Everything about the delivery and payment schemes were very clearly described to me, and all my questions were answered.
