We were warmly met by a lady called Kirsten. She told us about the computerised bedding system which scans the body and advises of the best mattress. We had a coffee and plenty of time to ask questions and try different mattresses. She was exceptional, not pushy like some sales assistants can be just very knowledgeable and helpful.

We were greeted by a lady called Kirsten who was so knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy like some sales assistants can be. We tried the sleep system to find which mattress would suit us best and were shown around the store and products with a cup of coffee. Nothing too much trouble and we came away with pillows, a mattress and bedframe.

Extremely pleasant staff,who listened to my needs,who were very mindful of the fact I have limited mobility,put me at my ease despite our transaction being interrupted by an awkward customer,they (Julie and manager from Warrington branch John) dealt with the situation admirably , they made the whole shopping experience very smooth for me,which is a great plus in my book. Best of all besides the price, was a really enjoyable well made cup of tea .Cannot fault Dreams in anyway . Thankyou

As I received professional and friendly service with a previous visit and purchase at Dreams, I returned to the same branch and was pleased to be served by the same staff member as before. I was helped immediately on entering the store and was assisted with buying my new bed. Happy friendly staff and very professional and keen to please customers.
