I was offered help, soon after I arrived, as to what each coloured sash on the bed was indicating. I was offered a cup of tea or coffee and encouraged to use a pillow similar to what I use at home - and to lie down on the beds! I was reassured that the beds were out for trial and use, in order to get the best idea as to what I would prefer, before I made a decision and purchased. I was able to wander around the store at my leisure and when it looked like I was making a decision, Kirsten was there to assist and guide, without pushing me into any decision. I was able to discuss with her my ideas as to my budget and how to best spend it. Time and patience was given until I indicated I was ready to purchase.
