I was offered help, soon after I arrived, as to what each coloured sash on the bed was indicating. I was offered a cup of tea or coffee and encouraged to use a pillow similar to what I use at home - and to lie down on the beds! I was reassured that the beds were out for trial and use, in order to get the best idea as to what I would prefer, before I made a decision and purchased. I was able to wander around the store at my leisure and when it looked like I was making a decision, Kirsten was there to assist and guide, without pushing me into any decision. I was able to discuss with her my ideas as to my budget and how to best spend it. Time and patience was given until I indicated I was ready to purchase.

Nicki your member of staff made us very welcome on entering the store. She allowed us to browse the store and was then available to assist us choose the correct mattress. Extremely happy with our customer experience

The young man that looked after us was lovely. Knowledgeable, polite and friendly. We weren't pestered by the staff like some places.
