I went into the York store with my mum and a lady called Kirsten served us. She was so lovely, focused on keeping us both safe and had really great product knowledge. She took us to the perfect mattress for me straight away, the whole time we were in store we felt really safe and looked after, I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
