The staff were highly attentive and very helpful from the moment I walked into the store starting with the hygiene and safe distancing to to the experience of explaing the different mattresses and what support I personally needed I felt I wasn't rushed into deciding my options and that I was assisted very well I have no complaints what's so ever a great experience.

The member of staff who served us was extremely knowledgeable. Social distancing and hygiene standards were high and cleanliness was impeccable.

Kirsten was very professional asked lots of questions about my needs Put me on the machine bed told me I needed a medium mattress. She showed me the beds that met with my requirements didn't hurry me and let me take my time trying each bed
