There was a great range of products to see and try. The sleep survey where we both lay on the simulator bed was a huge help. The help of Nikki was invaluable. She was very helpful and friendly and not overbearing in the slightest. It was her attitude and attention which made our visit both worthwhile and enjoyable.

The health and safety measures were explained clearly as we entered the store. All members of staff were pleasant in particular Matt who helped us choose the right product for us. Placing the order was simple and straight forward and choosing a delivery date which best suited us was a bonus.

I came in not knowing what I really needed and explained how bad I have been sleeping and where I had pains. I was in there a while receiving the best customer service from Matt, he made me feel extremely reassured giving me options which would be the best for me. I came out feeling so happy and relaxed with my decision ! Roll on the 1st when it gets delivered!!!
