Have been to bensons and barker and stone house before looking at tempur. B&S were good but they guy at bensons was too salesman like, rather than natural and I don’t like that. Kirsten was genuine and friendly and didn’t try to push everything on us. She took time to show us the different tempur models and explained the difference. As much as I assume she’s on commission she wasn’t pushy she just spoke to us like a human which works well with most people. We’re also getting delivery in about ten days whereas everywhere else was 6-8 weeks

Nice shop layout, I looked on the website first and just about knew what I wanted but had to try first, just as well because completely changed apart from bed size, I went for a much higher quality mattress and base and believe if I’d have ordered straight from the internet I would have been disappointed
