We were treated by an assistant called Nichola - she explained the social distancing process and we were happy we were able to be “fitted” for our new mattress. The device itself was excellent, and I feel confident in our purchase. Nichola asked us lots of questions to ensure she had established our needs correctly, again adding to our confidence in the purchase. We were asked what kind of pillows we prefer, and were able to try a few mattress before making our selection. Again feeling completely safe and responsible (it’s everybody’s duty to take care, not just the retailers).

The customer service was excellent. After using the sleep tester thing the member of staff showed us to a few mattresses enabling us to find the ideal one for us. All 3 members of staff at clifton moor branch are a credit to your company they all interacted with us making our buying experience hassle free and easy we would recommend this branch to anyone we felt so welcome.
