My experience was excellent,the staff listen to everything I was concerned about regarding the mattress I was looking for.Laying on the bed to get your sleeping pattern is a great idea.Was also looking for a sofa bed and the young lady showed me how it worked which I wasn't expecting her to do.I came away feeling very happy about my purchase

Really friendly lady greeted us at the door, told her what bed we had seen online, showed us to the bed in store, colour samples and matching headboards within our price range. Got the order through quickly with ease.
