When we walked in we were greeted straight away. The assistant was very helpful, but gave us space to look. When we had questions the assistant was very knowledgeable.

We were met by a friendly staff member by our names as we had book an appointment, they were very helpful, found out what we were looking for and showed us the options. Have us all the information we needed and left us to try the beds on our own so we could chat about it.
