Dreams - York

We had just been to a shop next door but one and when we walked in and for the duration of the time we were in there we were ignored. We went to dreams and from the moment we walked in we felt like we mattered to the company and Chris made my partner and I feel very welcome and comfortable. My partner explained that he had issues with his back and we needed a new mattress for this fact. Chris took us to the SleepMatch and was very professional but personable too. He then showed us our ideal matches and we found the perfect mattress! Next we decided to look at a bed. We picked one out and Chris began going through the process of sorting the finance for us before we decided that we wanted to look at the television bed, despite beginning the finance forms, Chris stopped to explain to us all about it and we ended up going with it. We would highly recommend going to Dreams to anyone in search of a new bed!

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and made me feel relaxed.

I was greeted by friendly staff who were quick to provide me with assistance. Every question I had was answered and the knowledge of the staff member assisting me was abundant. It was also the first time I have been offered a drink while shopping which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I can find no fault in my experience visiting and shopping in this store.

We were not bothered with staff, however when we wanted to talk to someone they were very polite and I didn’t feel like they tried to sell us the most expensive item. They listened to what we said we were looking for. Then showed us products to choose from. When we choose a bed we were offered a drink while we did the paperwork and I thought that was a really nice touch.

The sales assistant, Rachael was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and interested in listening to our needs. She allowed us to take our time, and make our own minds up. It was an overall nice shopping experience throughout.

Sales person , was knowledgable and very helpful, also was wearing a face mask whilst speaking to us. Impressed we were offered a free duvet and pillow set ( which is a nice touch and appreciated ) Also given a coffee whilst paying at the cash desk, made to feel we mattered even though we were just looking for a clearance mattress for our guest bedroom.

The young lady, Rachel I think her name was was such a pleasure. She greeted us with a big smile and was so knowledgable about the mattresses. We were very lucky as the one we wanted was available to take with us. Rachel offered us a very good discount and some bedding included. We couldn’t have been happier. She’s a credit to your company.
