Chris/Nikki were both attentive during my visit. Chris’s welcome was friendly and inviting and asked if there was anything he could assist with which was great to see and I instantly felt welcome. As my son and I were deciding on a bed we were given plenty of time and wasn’t forced into buying anything. Another customer had Chris’s attention and so Nikki kindly approached us and made sure we were ok and helped make the transaction for Chris. I noticed the cleanliness of the team was of a high standard especially wiping down the card machine in between uses. One thing I did notice was the manager seemed slightly too relaxed when wearing his face mask (with his nose exposed from said mask, which defeats the object really, perhaps he hadn’t realised? but I feel it is something to be aware of), however everyone was very pleasant and I would recommend friends/family to purchase from this store.
