clear signs when entering the store to use the hand sanitizer. Kirsten (the sales staff) asked us straight away if we needed any help or advice. We had our eye on a lovely bed for our new house. Karen was very helpful and patent when we went upstairs to have a final look at the bed. The process was very quick but informative. We liked the environment (not pushy sales people) that we went back in the next day to purchase two more beds and mattresses.
