The gentleman who looked after us was very knowledgeable about his products, and attentive to our needs. He listened to our requirements and spent time with us comparing different beds. I was very impressed with his level of service.

We visited dreams York and were greeted by a man named Matt. His knowledge of products was exceptional and did everything he could to help us out. We had no idea how to buy the correct mattress and Matt aided that process by helping us find the perfect one for us.

We were given time to have a look around without being bothered which I prefer and when a customer advisor asked if we would like any help I appreciated it as I wasn’t sure what I needed. Nice straight forward experience and help when I needed
