Very knowledgeable staff, efficient and friendly

Staff were friendly and when needed attentive and knowledgeable we felt comfortable being able to look at the beds without over powering staff following our every move, we were greeted politely and asked if we required assistance we only needed to ask. When we did ask we were answered with cheerful replies, making the whole experience pleasurable bearing in mind we were spending more for the mattress than we anticipated due to not being aware of today’s costs of such and purchasing a more expensive mattress than expected

The staff gave a good amount of time for us to look round before coming over to introduce themselves and offer help. She knew her stuff on the products and where they were placed in the store

I needed a bed for delivery on the day of my moving house completion. Julie helped me select the beds and mattresses that were immediately available so that they could be delivered in time.

Bought our last bed at dreams, this new bed for the spare room was bought with ease again, would not shop anywhere else

The sales staff member was very polite , friendly and helpful . He was extremely knowledgeable regarding product. l received delivery date , prices plus advised me regarding collection of current bed and the assistance of putting my new bed together.
