Ashley was very heplfull and very knowledge able on the product.

We were greeted by a lovely man, Richard, who without pressuring us, took the time to understand what we were looking for. In fact, we only went in to the store to try out a few mattresses and then buy online. But Richard was so helpful and the store was well run that we bought our mattress there and then. Thank you!

Greeted straight away at the door. Tested for suitability on the dreams machine. Directed to a few different mattresses to try out, as well as given PPE. Offered drinks and told about other special offers. Wasn’t expecting to buy a mattress as notoriously Dreams can be quite expensive but with the 60% off it was great to be able to try them out.

I dealt with kevin at the st.helens store, and was was excellent, couldnt of asked for better customer service, short of tucking me up for a good sleep, he couldnt of done anymore 😀

I am wheelchair bound at present and the salesperson (Kevin) in your St,Helens store was superb making,space etc to enable me to test various mattresses he recommended for me. It was definitely his assistance that led to me making a purchase on the day.

We were highly satisfied with Dreams as we purchased a bed for the spare room recently and decided we needed a new mattress so returned knowing that we could have an assessment of what is the best mattress for us. We were then shown a variety of products that suited our needs and allowed us to make an easy decision. In addition to this we also purchased new pillows and took out the insurance pack. All of which we found a very easy process and well looked after by the staff.
