Can't go back on the survey but pretty sure I didn't say I wasn't satisfied.

When i first looked around i was greeted with i think the assistant manger who was very helpful. I told him i would have a think about a purchase and may come back which i did but was then dealt with a different assistant who just did not seem helpful and considering i was spending over a £1000 s seemed to have an unhelpful attitude.

Having pointed out the bed required in store,the wrong bed was written down on the bill.. Luckily, I checked the receipt, after printing a copy off, before the delivery due date,and noticed the mistake. This was corrected after a phone call... the delivery time slot of 2 hours was expected and understood, however 6pm-8pm was not!!.. I feel anything after 6pm is rather late at best, but this was for a 7year old child, and considering the bed has to be assembled aswell, expected delivery to be rather sooner. regards, Phil Jones

Was taken for a fool by to off the sales person lied to charge for an primary bed care when told I didn’t want it so took more money than they should have , requested a refund with in 20 minutes of purchasing and they have done it in to separate transactions when it was done in one transaction absolutely so disappointed still waiting for my refund feel like I have been probed by them to sales men .

Kevin in the St Helens store was as helpful as he always is and the fact that I have to wait over a fortnight for a mattress is not the shops staffs fault. perhaps I am impatient but when I go shopping I want my goods now. I always have to wait.

The mattress we wanted did not come in the width we wanted,this was after we had paid for them. My wife asked Mike to confirm the size of 2ft 6 inches but Mike said they were 3 ft. We selected another two mattress in the correct width.So that meant we were owed £300. This was on 26th December as of the 3rd January the money is still outstanding.

I placed my order for Tempur mattress, bed and headboard on the 25.10.16 at your St Helens retail park store, we was informed that the order would take 17 days to be delivered because of the lead time on the headboard. When the deliver men arrived on the 12.11.16 they informed me that the headboard was not with them and that Someone from dreams would be in touch to organise delivery for the following Saturday the 19th. Nobody from dreams has been in contact and today I had to call your St Helens branch to chase up the headboard. I explained the above to your sales rep and he informed me that he would make enquiries and call me back, when I asked him how long before he would be. Before he called me back because I work night shifts his reply was "how long is a piece of string". The same man has just called me back and informed me that the earliest possible date for delivery will be mid December!! This will be 7 weeks after our initial visit to your store.
