Everybody wants to pay as little as possible, not very much was given in the way of discount, considering i was buying 3 beds

There is no specific reason why I wasn't highly satisfied other than it would have to be exceptional for me to score. I was satisfied I.e. Happy with in store experience

The shop wasn't as nice as other bed shops we looked in, didn't like the layout and didn't smell nice. There was no baby changing facility's. Wasn't happy with the delivery change. When asked if you take old beds there was an extra change of 40 pound..... But was fairly quick to place the order ( which was good because the baby wasn't happy without a change) and the bed is coming earlier than expected. Just hope the bed meet are expectations and we get a full night sleep. 😊

Only one member of staff in store. Also paid extra for delivery and if I had ordered online it would have been free. I paid over £80 more for delivery and to have bed built.

Amount of products and high costs

WE TOLD RICHARD THE SALESMAN SEVERAL TIMES OUR ADDRESS BUT HE PUT WRONG ADDRESS RESULTING IN DELIVERY DRIVER GOING TO WRONG ADDRESS.ALSO FINANCE PAPERS NOW HAVE WRONG DETAILS TOO.SORRY!

Price seems a bit high
