One assistant very attentive, the other not so much. Another couple took attentive assistant so we had to wait around a bit.

I wanted to get a mattress cover for the mattress I ordered but you didn't have any in stock that was the only thing wrong

quite a long time waiting to pay for bed/only 2 PCs,only for your member of staff putting a lot of effort into our sale we would have walked out.

I was very impressed with the service and loved the colour coding system in place which was explained immediately on entry to the store. A very knowledgeable assistant who learned and completely understood our requirements. I marked a few questions just below highest mark as i feel nothing can be marked as perfect overall and there will always be room for improvement. I had not expected to pay so much but did want high quality and comfort so this is the reason i gave this score

The person who served us was friendly enough, but didn't quite understand what we were after for a while. Additionally the ordering process is very antiquated and outdated, and needs updating. It is not user friendly at all and could be made much simpler for your workers and this would speed up the ordering process

Over attentive sales staff. Would have preferred to have more alone time to consider the options after being given all the relevant information. Sales staff were very knowledgeable and helpful but felt pressured into making a decision as staff kept returning to question how we were doing!

Not really a problem with experience at store,needed bed ASAP,bed wanted had an 8 week waiting period,salesman was of great help and sorted a bed and delivery date that suited me.
