I think there is always room for improvement and I never would put highly satisfied as i believe in continuous customer care and having an objective to work too. Meaning if people put highly satisfied standards can be relaxed and this is when the customer service becomes a concern .

all very good except setting up a credit agreement. For the small amount of money far to much information required. I am Barclays bank customer and for a barclays bank credit agreement they wanted loads of information that was taking a long time. I had had enough and gave up and just paid for the bed.

I was highly satisfied so far. I am still waiting to receive our purchased mattress but the quality of the mattresses seen in store seemed high.

I thought the sales process was ok, since I was spending a lot of money, I thought that it should have been easier for the sales team to offer greater incentives rather than having to check all the time.

At the time there was only 1 sales assistant but a little wait later another arrived. Sales assistant found the new creation finance application a bit challenging so some extra training would be beneficial. Also tea and coffee facilities would be nice because you can end up spending quite an amount of time in the store.

I asked for 0% finance and after the assistant filled out the form I was declined by Barclays, the assistant arranged the credit using another company. I contacted Barclays and was told I was declined because the form said my annual income was only £70, a typo.

if you have gone on an average of ratings the lower ratings were in relation to the amount of choice - too much choice made it difficult to decide, but Kevin at the St Helens store was very helpful. re product quality we don't know yet as the bed wont' be delivered till the end of the month once we have slept on it we will now if the quality of the product is as good as we hope.

Whilst the service was great and the staff very helpful I feel there is always room for improvement and it stops complacency.
