Difficult to be so precise due to limited, but sufficient time spent with the sales person.

We could always go a little bit further!

Long time since I purchased a new bed so I was not prepared for how much they had gone up in price but was highly satisfied with my purchase

The price of the items I wanted, I thought were on the high side

Its the most we have ever spent on a bed and the salesman verbally misquoted the sale price by about £100 - i feel he could of discounted the 2 expensive pillows we purchased at the same time.

Obviously i would have like the price to be lower. 😊

Only because sale pricing was not as good as expected

The prices were a little higher than I'd expected and I was a bit embarrassed that I hadn't budgeted enough but that was probably down to me underestimating the current value of mattresses. I thought that the order process did take a bit longer than I'd expected but the assistants were just checking all details were correct. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing visit.

Just a little expensive. Andy and Richard both brilliant.

the only free appointment is an all day one, most companies now give at least am or pm to minimise inconvenience to customers and the need for them to take holidays from work to waste sitting in for a delivery. a lot of companies now offer 2 hour slots, Dreams really needs to improve.
