Felt embarrassed testing out beds in public view. Also felt that you were more interested in a sale, than letting me decide at my own time.

I was always satisfied with the experience at Dreams Thank you

The price was higher than I expected to pay & no delivery date given on purchase

Never highly satisfied

No body can be completely satisfied, and until I sleep on the new mattress I cannot give a proper answer

Got shown the highest price mattresses first which lead me to believe I had no other options until the very last few which had been skipped over.

I was very satisfied with my visit, staff were friendly and helpful and they had the items in stock. I have no complaints whatsoever.

It’s an expensive bed and until I receive it I can’t say if it’s good enough to be highly satisfied

although a purchase was made overall the prices seemed higher than competitors also the lack of choice, i realise this due to outlet size.

Highly satisfied would be a very high level to achieve!
