I missed the deadline for 10% off by 1 day. I had looked on-line the previous day & would have ordered there & then but decided I would go to the shop to check it out. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size I wanted in the store so I couldn’t see it anyway. I was really dismayed at having to pay such a high price which included taking our old bed away £60 & £20 for fitting. I was surprised that the only discount I got was free delivery for a Saturday (£10.00). I thought a bigger discount or some form of reduction would have been in order seeing that I missed the 10% discount. I left the shop quite despondent & after reflecting on it wished I’d have tried elsewhere.

Only because this new product to us has not been fully used at home yet. We hope to be fully satisfied once we have used the Matress!

Highly satisfied is like having A+ or 110% it's pretty unreasonable I can't give Highly satisfied for all as I've not received the bed as yet At this time I am satisfied with the service (highly with the member of staff who served us) All good thx

Couldn’t do the mattress thing as my partner is 6 months pregnant and no settings on your mattress computer for pregnancy

I.t. System was down and all had to be written down which then I was charged incorrectly, as soon as system up and running refund was processed, received a call explaining everything not really there fault
