Service was excellent, store cleanliness was excellent but it’s never satisfying parting with so much money. Only niggle is wait for delivery but understand that is out of your control.

Went into the store more or less knowing what we wanted after seeing in another store a few days earlier. Went into the store and was asked by a member of staff straight away I we needed any help. The member of staff also asked if we would like to use the machine that would tell is our preferred mattress firmness. The majority of the experience was good. However I felt that Throughout the exchange between myself and the member of staff there were a couple of times where the member of staff came across as ‘rude’. For example, the member of staff asked me would I like a proper face mask, and made a remark to the face covering I was wearing. While filling in the information to set up my order and finance etc, the member of staff, remarked it would have been easier if I had told them earlier I wanted finance. As a first time dreams customer. I did not know how this process worked. All in all was a good experience, the member of staff was knowledgable. Just slightly rude, wether this was anxiety, or just personality.
