Choices explained without complication, encouraged to try a selection of products,and offered drinks which I accepted. Very pleasant.

Laura who dealt with us was very pleasant,knowledgeable about products we asked about. She explained every detail about delivery and extra cover we purchased . When we went into the store we did not feel pressurised by sales people which we like . We would definitely recommend the st helens dreams branch to other people ,keep the good work up .

WE RECEIVED A VERY FRIENDLY WELCOME UPON ENTERING THE STORE FROM KEVIN ONE OF THE STORE COLLEAGUES. HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE BEDS WAS EXCELLENT, HE STARTED BY ASKING WHAT KIND OF BED WE HAD ALREADY AND THEN SHOWED US WHAT WAS AVAILABLE IN STORE SIMILAR TO WHAT WE HAD. KEVIN EVEN BROUGHT US SIMILAR PILLOWS TO THOSE WE HAVE AT HOME, APART FROM LETTING US STAY OVERNIGHT TO TRY THE BED OUT HE COULD NOT OF BEEN ANY MORE HELPFUL.

The salesman was courteous and well informed without being too persistent. He identified our needs and helped us to make the right choice.

Friendly,well informed staff,made to feel comfortable,no pushy sales staff.

The problem was about the unavailability to pay by monthly payments because I don't have 3 years address history in UK but only 2 years

Good knowledge and friendly staff

We were only looking for ideas when we called in to the store but was soon amazed by the quality and price of the wardrobe we finally purchased. The manager, Richard, helped on our first visit and his friendliness and cooperation was exceptional, that's why we returned, as I had to measure if the furniture would fit in the bedroom before we made our purchase.

The staff all friendly made the whole family welcome, due to having small children with me. Kevin who dealt with order went above and beyond to make picking items easy and giving us as much help as possible. Will be coming back for children's beds in the future.
