The service was great there was no pressure to buy but advice was given in a friendly and knowledgable manner.We were offered tea or coffee while we where there and were able to spend time testing the mattresses without feeling uncomfortable about doing so .

The salesman was knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful friendly and attentive, it was quite refreshing not to feel like your being rushed or pressurised into parting with as much money as possible, very impressed

Perfect customer service very friendly and helpful staff, they answered on all my questions and advise me what I can buy for money I've got, I even spend bit more than I expected but I am sure that was worth spending. Big thanx to Ash

When I walked in the store I was looking at a bed and the lady noticed me and said good afternoon she then came over to me and started to tell me about the deal on the bed I was looking at she was a lovely lady and very helpful

Ashley was very helpful and understanding because we were unsure on what exactly we wanted and we hadn't gone out the day with buying a new super king size bed in mind. He was very knowledgeable and gave us time/space to discuss our options alone as well as with him. We was able to wander around without being followed or mithered which was great. Our 4 year old little boy loved our visit as well as he was able to lay on all the beds and felt he was helping us pick. Ashley also offered to put cartoons on the TV for him which was very thoughtful when it came to the paperwork.

Very friendly service not pushy in the selling me the bed i purchased. Let me take my time to deside that it was the right one for me. Explained everything in detail,including how the delivery will take place.Will highly recommend to family and friends.
