Dreams - St Helens

I was greeted by Laura and Richard, who immediately made me feel welcome. Richard offered me a coffee and Laura asked me had I been to Dreams before and was I looking for something specific. I was looking for a Hypnos mattress. Laura demonstrated her considerable knowledge of the Hypnos in store compared to a Premier Inn mattress, number of springs etc. She compared other brands with different toppings and spoke of Tempur mattresses. She suggested I tried the firm one that was in store and a pillow. This was in a booth and Richard brought the coffee. I was amazed and impressed with the two professional people who didn't simply try to sell me a mattress. I left the store feeling that my time had been well spent in the company of people interested in my wellbeing. I purchased a Tempur mattress.

Found the staff very helpful the prices were reasonable and a good selection

The whole experience was brilliant. The sales lady, Julie, was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, attentive and really did "go the extra mile for us. In fact it was down to her sales ability that we picked Dreams over the other stores in the area.

The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive to our needs and didn't push us to buy anything we weren't interested in. We entered the store to browse and came out nearly £3000 lighter. That's recommendation enough in our book!

Found the 3 staff who where on where very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome and valvued. They understood needs of what we wanted and showed us to what was on offer and explained everything in clear and easy understandable way. The knowledge and understanding of the staff delivered in a friendly and professional manner at both the Middlebrook and St Helens stores that I visited.

Laura listened to what we wanted she also listened during the visit to eliminate mattresses etc. Took in the information we told her and processed it to ensure she met our needs. Very knowledgable and helpful person.

The lady was very helpful and accommodating I had three small children with me and the sales staff were excellent giving them balloons and allowing them to play while we talked through my needs.
