The sales assistant had great knowledge of all your products and was very friendly

The assistant the previous day talked us through the mattress types then shown us also all the bed options delivery times explained the delivery etc. the following day I came in my own he assisted me agsin and rendered all my spefications

Ashley St Helens branch was very helpful in assiting me to choose the correct type of bed needed . He offered me a drink and explained the financial details to me throughly.

The staff in general were pleasant , the most i liked was Laura her product knowledge was second to none.

Laura the assistant was very good - her knowledge was excellent and she was very patient and pleasant hrough out expertly answering all our questions

I made two visits. I saw Kevin the first time, Ashley the second, and both were extremely helpful without being pushy.

The Sales Team were very knowledgable and friendly. There was no pressure from them and they didn't pounce on us or make us feel like we had to buy. They were very understanding of the need for me to find the right mattress and were happy to explain things to us and for me to lie on lots of them, move pillows around etc. The 40 day facility to change the mattress if not the right one is invaluable as I know I have issues with most mattresses, so if I have got it wrong at least I can perhaps change to another. Only slight negative in the whole thing for me is the lack of options of colours/fabrics on the bed frame we have chosen. I have bought it anyway as it is as there was no other fabric option for that bed (and that is the right bed style/headboard height etc for us), but I would have preferred a more plush fabric - more like some of the contemporary headboards and bed finishes now out there, and I would have liked a darker grey colour fabric. Beds are such a big part of the overall look in a room, I think there should be colour & detailing choice.

Staff very helpful give lots of time explained lots of different mattresses and levels of comfort made us drinks excellent customer service

We needed a bed quickly for an unscheduled visit by a family memeber, Ashley our store assistant found the bed we wanted, at the right price, to be delivered on the day that we wanted, great service.

They answered all the questions we wanted to know, also gave Us the right amount of time to look round. Very friendly.
