Store assistant,Ashley was very helpful.Efficient,knowledgeable & accommodating with delivery dates.

Laura was extremely helpful and even pointed out other option s we could have.

Friendly staff, advised best types of bedding to fit my requirements.

Kevin was really helpful and did not 'blind us with science' about beds; gave us ample time to decide et.c.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at dreams because the minute we walked through the door we were greated by a very friendly and very helpful assistant. Any questions we had he answered in an easy to understand manner.

This was my second visit and second purchase this year from Dreams in St Helens and yet again, I was impressed by the experience. There were no high-pressure or cheesy sales tactics, just friendly help and knowledgeable advice. Rick dealt with me initially, and kindly reduced the price of my mattress to match a previous offer. The sale was then handed over to Kevin to process, who was friendly and despite the lengthy credit application process, made the whole experience a breeze. There was also another advisor (whose name I didn't get) who went above and beyond the call of duty to entertain my 2 year old son at key parts of the process which was really appreciated. All in all, it was another excellent visit to this store, where I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend to others. Many thanks, and keep it up!

Excellent service by Kevin in the St. Helens store. He was very knowledgable and did not mither us. He ensured that we knew he was there to help but then left us to browse without feeling pressured into a purchase. He assisted us in finding the right products and provided an excellent service which led to us making a purchase there and then for a great price.
