Good knowledge of salesman - Ashley, friendly but no pressure. Very helpful hence completion of sale even though we were only looking at this stage.

The shop was well laid out. The salesperson Kevin made us feel welcome, we felt that he went out of his way to make us feel important. He gave us the information relevant to our purchase, explained the delivery protocol to us. Made sure we were happy with our delivery date and our purchase.
