Dreams - St Helens

I was very pleased with the help and how helpful of the staff where. Really pleased would shop at Dreams again. Carn't complain.

I needed to make the purchase as quickly as I could because my time was precious. The sales person Richard could not have known this but the service I had received was first class. Whilst I appreciate he had to go through the formalities of explaining the financial rules and regulations it was done as efficiently as could be. I was offered a good discount on other items also and I am very pleased with the service I got. I hope now that the delivery of the product I have bought arrives on time next week. Many thanks again for a great service, I would recommend your shop to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a mattress. Cheers Martin

The service was excellent. Attentive and knowledgeable without being overbearing.We had plenty of time to decide, even gave us coffee. Good to have a customer toilet too. Our server Ashley was great and the store is really well managed. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Richard was so patient with us letting us try all the different beds, providing pillows so was more realistic & even tried the mattress on different bases for us. Very helpful & not overpowering.
