your customer care assistant. kevin not sure of his surname was very helpful guided to us what we needed and all be it id have rather have paid less but who wouldnt have was very happy with what we ended up with

We were highly satisfied due to the level of service provided on the day. We felt very welcome, was often asked if we wanted tea or coffee and it was a pleasure to browse. Upon choosing our bed the sales advisor gave us an explanation of the different features, how to operate the bed and helped us also with measurements. The process was quick and efficient and overall was a very good experience.

The colour coded beds made it easy to find the type we were looking for. The member of staff helping us was very friendly and gave us time to look around before coming over which I actually prefer rather than being pounced on as you walk in. All the paperwork was done simply and efficiently by the member of staff (Ashley) The only issue we had is that as a company we found it very strange that you have to give a 20% deposit if you buy in store but not if you buy online, personally I feel this does not make good business sense and that you may need to look into this issue in the future.

Kevin at the St Helens store was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and very willing to ask and answer questions in order for me to purchase the best possible bed.
