Staff where very helpful and friendly,didn't pressure for sale,and where very accommodating towards our needs.Sale was very quick and added extra discounts for additional items.

Information on products was excellent Cheryl provided us with options and answered all our questions fully. No pressure for sale was friendly but very proffessional.

On entering the store a pleasing atmosphere no crowding or rushing us assistants very helpful and friendly and was not pushed into buying..overall satisfaction

Wanted to purchase a sofa bed I had seen online. Assistant showed me how sofa converted to a bed & checked the sizes when the sofa was made into a bed for me. After being shown the colour options & advised about delivery times, I placed an order for the sofa bed. I was offered other items to purchase including pillows & mattress protector for the bed. Lovely staff, nice store & good quality small sofa bed perfect for my small guest room.

The customer service was excellent

I did not feel as if the assistant was pressurising myself and my husband. He was very friendly and had patience when asked a number of questions. In some shops the assistant will follow you around to get a sale this wasn't the case in Dreams. The assistants name is Ashley and I found he knew what he was talking about, her gave us good advice on the type of matress we would need.
