A gentleman called Andrew served my family, my Mum purchased a mattress for over £600 and Andrew was so helpful, very knowledgable, the order number for this purchase was 242A007969 this was also done at the same time, the Manage was so friendly, we learnt that Andrew had only been with you for just 3 weeks, he is going to be a great assett to you, I work in Retail and customer service is key today and your team have this in bucket loads a real delight to see.

Andy our sales assistant seemed very knowledgeable. Told us to take our time and we didn't feel rushed. Was offered tea/coffee and nothing seemed too much trouble.
