Very attentive service, Mike had a great knowledge of the beds on offer, without Mike explaining the quality and different support each bed I looked at offered I would have chosen a bed that wasn't completely suitable for my needs.

He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the products.

No pressure, products and choices explained clearly, would have preferred to have choice of hard mattresses other than your own brand but the item selected met our requirements. Pleasantly surprised to be given early delivery date. Did not feel that salesman was pushing the more expensive mattress and were allowed to make our decision by ourselves.

The sales assistant gave us the information we were looking for and no time was wasted. We found what we wanted quickly and were very happy with the whole experience.

Julia provided us with lots of very useful information to enable us to make an informed purchase. She also made us aware of special offers in the store. Once we had confirmed our bed purchase she directed us to the discounted linen, pillow cases and duvet covers - all at prices we could not leave! Great customer service; really nice team working in this store, we left feeling valued as customers and really happy with our purchase!

From the moment I walked in to purchase my first bed for my first home the staff understood my needs. They provided a personal service and provided myself and my grandmother with tea and coffee whilst talking us through our purchase ! Made to feel warm and wanted at all times by the team !!!

The store was set out very well and easy to find what I needed. The staff were very friendly and didnt pester me they allowed me time to look before they approached and when they did approach they were very friendly and helpful. Once I had made my choice they were quick to get my order processed. I have used dreams before and will gladly return for my next purchase.
