Dreams - St Helens

Staff were friendly and not too intrusive. They had good knowledge of the products being sold. They quite happily let us try out a wide variety of mattresses and helped us to refine our choice down based on our needs and the products you had available.

I was high satisfied with my experience at Dreams as Julie who served me was very formative and explained clearly and In detail about the products I was purchasing and how they would benefit me. Also, Julie was very polite and friendly and made me feel the purchasing of all the products was actually so very simply! I love my new products and I would definitely purchase from Dreams again! Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them explaining about different options.

The guy who served us was named Andy and he was a great help in choosing our perfect bed and mattress! His product knowledge was brilliant and a very natural sales person. He took the time to even offer us coffee. I was excited to find out our bed would be delivered less than a week later which we can't wait to sleep in as we have a new baby so sleep is rare these days!

Went in to buy a mattress. Given some time initially to look around before being approached by an assistant to offer help. Friendly, knowledgeable assistant. Talked through purchase, and returns procedure if not satisfied - very transparent. Purchase completed quickly

Great customer service and value for money

The assistant was extremely helpful explaining the different products in details and giving us plenty of time to peruse and try different mattress's and even gave us different pillows to try. Nothing was too much trouble
