Andrew was extremely helpful with the purchase of our twins bunk beds, so much so that we also bought ourself a new bed and mattress on the same visit. He took his time to ensure we made the right choices for our needs, even staying after hours to finish our purchase. A credit to your company.

I must say your colleague was extremely helpful and extremely friendly, a real credit to your St. Helens store. He was also very kind my giving our 3 year old daughter colours to draw whilst we completed the purchase.

The staff member took time to understand what type of bed I was looking for and showed me each bed that met my requirements. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending Dreams, and the St Helens store in particular, to my friends and family.

Just to say that we only went into the store to look around. We did need to purchase a new mattress but not necessarily that day. However Andrew was so good in sorting out a good deal for,us we decided to go ahead.

Michael was very helpful and knew his products....he didn't follow us but was there when we needed him... no pressure on us in any way ....
