Fun , warm, and friendly staff. Very welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Even got offered a drink!

Richard and Julie was fantastically friendly...

Julie the assistant, was very helpful. She assisted us in the correct selection of mattress, for our needs. she explained all the differences in mattress construction. The different toppers etc. Overall we were very satisfied with our visit. We did not feel pressurised by any of the staff. As I have said previously, Julie's is a credit to the company. Overall, a pleasant experience. We have shopped with Dreams before, and will continue to do so in the future.

Kevin was very informative and helpful

Very friendly and informative staff member who went out of his way to assist. Not at all pushy, but gave advice when asked. Have purchased from the store before and highly satisfied with their service and products.

Kevin showed us all beds and explained the features of different mattress Julie and Mike helped with finance and mattress covers and pillows .They were very good team my husband got the cool pillows which he was wanting a good experience .
